Efficacity, the actual word (with a 'c'), is defined as the ability to deliver an intentional result.
Ability is the innate skill to produce a result as an individual, often with basic quality. We can reach our own personal glass ceiling in a role and as humans.

Capability is the potential to achieve a durable future capacity with added training, experience, and mentorship. We often think of individual ability in a role and the capabilities of teams.

But what if we need durable, intentional results of higher quality to drive employee engagement as an “able” HR team? And - what if we don't know the best path to deliver all that, or haven't done it before - well? What got us 'here' may not get us 'there.'
